Cancel anytime if it's not your thing. That's the only tier. No upsells, no premium "elite" plan. You get the complete feature set for six bucks a month, which makes it the cheapest option on Whop for this category. ## Trust Signals: Why PokeAlerts Is Legit Several factors confirm PokeAlerts is a real, trustworthy product: **Community size and engagement** — PokeAlerts has grown to 13,400+ members. That's not a vanity metric. A fake service wouldn't build that kind of active user base over time. **Customer reviews** — 4.8-star rating across 557 reviews is substantial proof of legitimacy. Real users are rating the service, and the vast majority are satisfied. You can see these ratings directly on Whop. **Founder identity** — PokeAlerts was created by wavysocks, a known figure in the Pokémon TCG community. There's an actual person behind the product, not a shell company. **Transparent pricing** — \$5.99/month is clearly stated, no hidden fees. The 3-day free trial removes friction and shows confidence in the product quality. **Retailer partnerships** — Tracking 100+ retailers globally isn't trivial. PokeAlerts maintains real integrations with major stores, which costs money and requires ongoing maintenance. ## Pros & Cons **✅ Pros** * 13,400+ members and 4.8-star rating from 557 reviews — large, satisfied community proves reliability * Cheapest Pokémon TCG alert service at \$5.99/mo, with a 3-day free trial to test first * Global retailer coverage spanning 100+ stores across all major regions **❌ Cons** * Pokémon TCG only — if you collect other card games or memorabilia, PokeAlerts won't help. No Magic: The Gathering, no Yugioh, no sports cards. * Slightly lower rating than PokeNotify (4.8 vs 5.0) — marginal difference, but worth noting if you're comparing alternatives. * Alert speed varies by region depending on retailer coverage — some regions get faster notifications than others based on store integration quality. ## Who Should Buy PokeAlerts PokeAlerts is built for serious Pokémon TCG collectors and resellers who don't want to miss restocks. If you're: * Actively hunting specific sets or booster boxes * Operating across multiple regions and need global alerts * Budget-conscious and want the cheapest reliable option * Willing to pay \$5.99/month to save hours of manual restocking monitoring …then PokeAlerts makes sense. Skip it if you collect other card games, expect instant alerts across every tiny retailer, or want alerts for non-TCG Pokémon merchandise. The 13,400+ member community, 4.8-star reviews, global retailer coverage, and low \$5.99/month price make it a solid choice for Pokémon TCG hunters. The main trade-off is it's TCG-only and alert speed depends on regional retailer availability, but those are minor limitations for the target audience. **Best for:** Pokémon TCG collectors and resellers who want fast, affordable restock alerts across 100+ global retailers without monthly overpayment.
